Unlike most property management companies we require the Residents to carry property damage liability insurance. Residents are automatically enrolled into our Master Resident Policy so there is no gap in coverage for our owners. The policy protects the resident and the owner. The Residents legal liability coverage covers damages that the resident causes, which is insurance protection for our Owners.
Utility Pro
Tired of hefty deposits and initiation fees with utility companies? No utility deposits are required with Utility Pro, so you will save hundreds at move-in. Your utility bills are simply added to your monthly rent account to pay along with a small monthly fee.
