We realize that we would not have a company and jobs for our employees without our owners. The reason we are in business is to serve our customers and provide them with transparent, high quality service. Our goal is to preserve and protect our owners’ investment and to provide the highest ROI to them as possible. Every day we get out of bed and think of ways to better serve them. We are not perfect but we care tremendously and try our best to make them happy. Our Tenants
We take pride in providing not just a property for our tenants but a home for them to live. We are very thankful for our tenants and we know that the only way to make our owners happy is to make our tenants happy. There are multiple property management companies that do not take care of tenants or the properties. We are different and it makes a difference to us that we provide the very best care and service to tenants and the properties. One of our goals is to be ‘easy’ to do business with, which is why we have partnered with Wal-Mart stores so tenants can easily pay rent. We provide a no hassle way to view properties at the tenants’ convenience and set up an online portal for tenants to easily submit maintenance requests and pay rent online. So, to all our existing tenants and potential new tenants, we at Renters Place thank you!
Our Vendors
The link in the chain is how we view our vendors. We have the wheels but without the chain we would not be able to move. Our vendors help us make educated decisions and take care of our tenants and owners. There is no “I” in team and that is exactly what we are at Renters Place, a TEAM. We all do our part and most of the time the process works very well. Thank you to all our vendors for helping us look good and working with us on saving our owners money.

Our employees are the lifeblood of our organization. Each and everyone of the Renters Place employees has a special skill set and personality that makes the culture at Renters Place a great place to work. We are so thankful that we have employees that are smart, hard working and just great people. All of them put others first before themselves.
